Countertop Coating
Description: Hard Tops' Countertop Coating is a
two component industrial polyurethane designed to provide superior chemical
abrasion resistance over plastic laminates and cultured marble.
Additionally, it provides cure down to 40 F, with excellent color and gloss
retention. Hard Tops' Countertop Coating is specifically deigned of
application to textured surfaces, such as plastic laminates, where low sheen
film is desired. Our coatings are not an epoxy paint product.
Mixing: Coating to catalyst mixing ratio is
6:1 (i.e. six parts Hard Tops' Countertop Coating to one part Hard Tops'
Catalyst). Mix two parts thoroughly for five minutes prior to use.
Up to four parts of Hard Tops' Reducer may be added for desired spray viscosity.
Surface Preparation: Surface must be clean,
dry, and free of oil, grease, mull scale, and other contaminants. Cleaning
methods include wet-sanding and solvent scrub.
Application: Designed for HVLP application. DO
NOT USE HEATED APPLICATOR

Coating was cured for one week before exposure to chemicals. Coating was
