 About My Hard Tops Experience:
I was first introduced to the concept of reglazing bathtubs through a gentleman who was the Vice President of a plumbing company that I was working for.
Through our many conversations, he offered me the opportunity to buy his company. So in 2003, I acquired Starglazed Refinishers. He showed me everything he knew about the business.
I started out with a few bathtubs a month and I was having problems with those bathtubs. I got in touch with Mark at Hard Tops and began to get advice. Mark invited me to a class in Lubbock, Texas. I was taught the proper way to coat, clean, prep, and most importantly, how to sell. When I returned from that week I was feeling great, my ego was boosted, and so was my morale and confidence. It was such a confidence builder that within one month I had landed several accounts.
 I have to say that Mark and the Hard Tops team really made me feel a part of their team and I have grown so much in my business because of their assistance. I can call these guys anytime and ask for advice and discuss any problems.
